My sessions with personal trainer Danny Burt have been invaluable for my overall wellbeing. Thought I would just let you know that I am a huge fan of your way of eating and living. I have lost another 13 kg since January by following your guidelines and it is 26 in 20 months since I first stated listening to your advice.
I now weigh the lowest I have since I was in my 30s. 79kg. I tell everyone how amazing you and Dan are and the changes you have made. Wish I could fit in training time again but things are bit complicated now, however I still use your tips about getting in some exercise when I can. And I hardly ever drink alcohol now as it no longer makes me feel good.
Just thought I would let you know the changes you have enabled me to make.
